WELCOME TO THE BANNER EXPRESS

The Banner Express web site was built for one purpose.

That purpose was so that you, "THE WEB MASTER", could have your web site seen by millions of people all across the world. We know there are a thousand different ways you can have your personal place on the web viewed but, what we offer is yet the best idea to hit the web market. You see, we do not blast your web site to a set list of people and we do not violate personal e-mail addresses with spam. We do not work on a link program or any kind of program like that. We simply place your banner on the Banner Express web site and then we.....well, we can't tell you that because everyone would be doing it.

If for any reason you do not have a banner and would like to use this service, we will place the link to your web site in place of the banner. Also, if you have pictures that you would like turned into a banner, we have people on staff that can build it for you for a small fee.

Please note: We are a new company with big ideas. We would like to be up front in saying that we make no claim that your web site will be viewed by everyone that accesses the Banner Express but, do know that with the system we have set up, the possibilities are endless. You know it and we know it, there are millions of people on the web and millions of new people are joining in everyday.

Some Rules:

1.) If you use the Banner Express service you will have to make sure the link to your web site is correct. If for any reason your web site is shut down you must contact us so, we can update our system. We will try no more than two times to contact you if we find your site has been shut down. If you do not contact us we will be forced to close your account with us.

2.) If you want to place more than one banner on the Banner Express you must e-mail us (telling us how many) to get our special rate.

3.) If you want to place a banner on the Banner Express that contains sexual content it will be placed in a separate section. If you do not tell us of such content upfront we will be forced to close your account with us.

4.) We will accept any and all banners (or links) except the following :

A.) Anything that exploits children in any fashion.

B.) Anything that deals with the sacrifice of human or animal.

All banners will stay aboard the Banner Express for at least six months or until you wish to cancel.
